Order Information

Ship or Upload your image to us

Upload your files

We ask that you set-up an account with us. It's simple and it's at no charge. You can set-up an account by emailing us at accounts@photographicworks.com or call us at 520-327-7291.

Once your account has been created, follow the instructions below to send us your images:

1. Click the “Upload Your File Now” button above.
2. A security certificate will appear asking if you would like to run the program. Click Trusted.
3. Once the program starts, select the files to upload by clicking the add button, or you can
   simply drag a single file or mutiple files into the box.
4. Click 'Upload'. Enter your username and password and click okay.
5. Do not close the transfer window until the upload is complete. You will then be directed
   to a page showing that your files have been successfully transfered. Enter information
   about your order in the box provided.  You’re Done.

 

Ship us your originals or files

We recommend shipping via FedEx. FedEx will provide you with boxes. Please make sure your originals are packed well. Include a written note with the service you require and any specific instructions.

Receiving your order at Photographic Works

When we receive your order via Upload or by shipment we will double-check it and preflight your files. We will email or call you with any questions and costs, including shipping. We will call you for your credit card or billing information. Do not email us your credit card information.
