Upload or ship your image to us

Upload your files

We ask that you set up a user account with us. It's simple and it's at no charge. You can set up an account
by e-mailing us at accounts@photographicworks.com or call us at 520-327-7291.

Once your account has been created, follow the instructions below to send us your images:

1.	Click the "Upload Your File Now" button above.
2.	A security certificate will appear asking if you would like to run the program. Click "Trusted".
3.	Once the program starts, select the files to upload by clicking the add button, or you can simply drag a single file or multiple files into the box.
4.	Click "Upload". Enter your user name and password then click "okay".
5.	Do not close the transfer window until the upload is complete. You will then be directed to a page showing that your files have been successfully transferred. Enter information about your order in the box provided. You're Done.

Ship us your originals or files

We recommend shipping via a carrier that tracks your shipment. Some carriers will provide you with
boxes. Please make sure your originals are packed well. Include a written note with the service you
require and any specific instructions.

Receiving your order at Photographic Works

When we receive your order via Upload or by shipment we will double-check it and preflight your files. We
will e-mail or call you with any questions and costs, including shipping. We will also call you for your credit
card or billing information. Do not e-mail us your credit card information.
