How to Set up Your Files for Chromira File Ready Service

How to Set up Your Files for Chromira File Ready Service

Chromira Profiles

It is not necessary for you to download our Chromira ICC Profiles. We will automatically add the profiles.

Basic Information

We print your ready to go files on our ZBE Chromira paper writer. We use Fuji Crystal Archive paper
with your choice of glossy, matte and supergloss surface. We do not cut the prints. We roll them and
put them in a box for you to cut at your studio.

Responsibility

We run your file without making any changes to it. All sizing and final outcome is in your hands. We suggest
doing some testing to make sure you are on target. We do not offer remakes on any of our File Ready services.

Submitting Files

  • You should be familiar with setting up files, and monitor calibration before using our Chromira File Ready
    Service.
  • Files can be submitted on digital media as well as sent via our File Upload Service. Click on order to find out
how to set up a user account. We have made setting up an account simple.
  • Size the files at your final print size at 300 dpi. If borders are desired, they need to be set up within the file
    as well.
  • Files must be submitted as TIFF or JPG format only. These are the only file formats supported by the
    ZBE Chromira.
  • Files must be in 8 bit, using Adobe RGB 1998 or sRGB colorspace. Files must be flattened with no layers.
  • Do not use LZW compression.
  • Tic marks are absolutely necessary for you to easily determine where to trim your prints. This is especially
important when your prints will have borders or you are setting up multiple prints. Go to Tic Marks to see
how to add them to your file.
