Basic File Setup Information
For those of you who set up your own files, we offer a few suggestions. Refer to the
output device you will be printing to. If you have any questions please contact us.
General Information
Please read our information on color management to help you understand
the need for monitor calibration and the best environment to work in.
All your files need to be flattened, uncompressed, with no
Alpha channels.
We work with files at lower and at higher dpi than we show
below. If your file is at a lower dpi than we suggest we often can still produce a quality print. We
will contact you if needed.
It is unnecessary to have a higher dpi than we show below.
It will not result in a better print.
